Hi all,
I think I was the "offender" here. I announced an eBay add that I thought may be of interest to someone on our list, and it was. I told the list about this item about two hours before the item was to show up in the eBay listings. I had just posted it on eBay, and then a few minutes later, told the list. Sure enough, a fellow list member grabbed it at the (I think) realistic "buy it now" price, before it it was to be seen on eBay. Greed wasn't my intention in telling the list of the item after first placing it on eBay; I knew it would sell either way, but I thought a lister might get it before the regular eBayers did. Sorry to upset anyone; I didn't mean to take anything away from you. My post to the list could have simply been deleted if there was no interest, much the same as this one will be. No harm- no foul. How does that old saying go... "you can please all of the people some of the time...." Cheers,
Duane Kennard
P.S.- I think a "buy it now" price, IS a firm price; so there;-)
