I am sure, Robin, that Sheldon Brown or cycles de ORO (?) can supply you with 27 inchers. BTW, the last remaining European maker of 27" tires seems to be Continental. As I understand it, they have stopped making 27 x 1 1/4" but continue with 27 x 1 1/8". They recently changed the model name (I forget the new moniker at the moment) & tread pattern and, sadly it is not as traditional as the earlier Super Sport. But thank goodness they are not coming Thailand as with so many other "Euro" makers. I wonder if Michelin still makes available a 27" tire in the UK market? They are definitely long gone here in the States.
