This badge came off a 1964 Ladies frame that was beyond salvage - ever seen the head tube touching the seat tube on a mixte frame ?

Free to anyone on the list with the most deserving project just waiting for it...... Badge collectors need not apply ! - Oh and my decisions final as to whose the most deserving......
