Looks like a scratch and a buckle in the decal, maybe from a workstand clamp. It hasn't been abused, but it hasn't been babied either. The bars a slightly off-center, the tape job is crummy, and there looks to be rust where the axel emerges from the BB. I would treat it right, but alas, I am broke...

And I have a question: I build symmetrical wheels, but I have never had occasion to build for the track. I noticed that the rear wheel is assymetrical. I could imagine that it might make a difference, helping to balance uneven force. Anyone have any observations, theories or experiential wisdom?

Thanks, Jackie

I would be happy to have it--maybe a bit big for a track frame, but still within the range!
