Three great racing pics from (1890s?) showing a group of racers on some sort of track.

Looks like same group of nine men in all three pics. Note the dark caps with a light star on top (team cap?). Wooden bleachers with fence in front.
Nice selection of medals in the fifth picture - is he the rider in white shirt and white cap in the first three pics?
I wonder where that track was located? Wish I had it now for our kid's racing program!
