I'm in the process of refurbishing an early 70's Windsor Pro. As I recall they were imported from Mexico by Western States Cycle. Is Western States still in existence? If not, does anybobdy know where I can obtain Winsor decals for the headtube and frame? Your assistance is much appreciated. R. G. Handsfield, Las Vegas
