I bought a tool to remove the races from Campagnolo Record hubs from Euro-Asia years ago. It looks like a large cup with a nut and bolt throught the center that bears on a sealed bearing.
The bolt's head has two flats ground off so that you can insert it at an angle through the hole in the center of the race. The large cup goes over the curve of the end of the hub shell, and you torque on the nut to draw out the race. Very easy and you don't need to unlace the wheel either. Inserting a new race is done with an appropriate sized socket and short extension and hammer. Heat hub shell with torch to expand shell to make insertion easier (large amount of heat is unnecessary, BTW).
Real "home-mechanic" stuff but I have done it successfully several times over the years.
