I don't ride tubulars right now but am one of the few mechanics locally who will glue them. I use 3M Fastack and sometimes Continental cement, both with multiple coats for new equipment and have had good results. I have used Wolber in the past for customers and myself and liked it--with sufficient volume of glue, it is relatively clean to work with and sets up quickly; I'd use it again if it were available. Is Wolber still in business
at all?
