Sugino made TA knockoff called Pro Dynamic(5 pin) which had TA pattern rings and Rene Herse pattern rings. In around 1980 Sugino also made Pro Dynamic Maxy(5 pin) which had arms and BB of Super Maxy. This was a little cheaper than Pro Dynamic. Some said in Japan that Pro Dynamic was more robust than original TA or Stronglight 49D.
