Subject: [CR]CR member's pseudonyms

Dale and group:

I too tend to defer bidding on components / bikes on eBay when it means competing with a CR listmember. I do make exceptions to this policy. For example, "oldlugs" seems to go after damned near everything that I am interested in buying. On occasions I will attempt to outbid him on something and recall that he mentioned once in a message to the list (or perhaps in post bid correspondence over a Zeus that he won) that he also played that way. I do understand others' positions that it is an open market and, as such, is fair game for anyone that wants to go after an item.

That said, it would be useful for those of us that generally refrain from bidding against CR members to know the eBay pseudonyms that they use. Perhaps Dale or other listers would volunteer to compile and distribute a listing of them.

For the record, I'm "ctycycle" on eBay. No hard feelings if you guys snipe me. Really! I'll just put you on the no-holds-barred sub-list <grin>.

Charlie Young Honeybrook, PA Oh no, not only do you know where I bid, you know where I live.
