Not sure I'd ride drilled TA cranks, having broken two of 'em that weren't drilled. Nice to look at though. I'd slide the brake levers down a tad lower on the bars, but now I'm really nitpicking - you did ask for opinions!
I guess it was a timetrial bike? Maybe a showbike - not a stock model surely!
