I think those are re-labeled (house-branded) Cherry brakes which were old "basic" (some less temperate folk might say "cheapo.") center pulls made in Japan. J&B is an importer distributor based in Miami area who has specialized in low cost items. The Joannou family who own this business have used many brands on many differing items and bikes over the years including, believe it or not, Royal Enfield! These are working but less expensive variation on the Weinmann and Dia Compe cp brake versions..
