Someone might find this interesting so I will pass it along. I was cleaning my garage and decided to throw away a bunch of old steel rims. I could not fit them in my garbage can due to the 27" size. I cut thorough one side and twisted until the other side snapped. All the brands snapped easily except Rigida - it took some effort and some back and forth bending. So if you are riding down the road with a rim cut all the way through and don't want it to snap if it deflects 15 inches to one side use a Rigida. Any other conclusions are your own. I am glad to the see this list is back to being interesting I enjoyed reading the last set.
