I think what he's looking for are just the regular nylon guides that sttach to the bottom of the shell with an M5 bolt. Just drill and tap the BB shell for the bolt and you're set. Brazed on guides aren't common. Today they're usually cast in. I have some Cinelli guides that braze on but you'd have to do a pretty extensive strip down and repaint. Better to just drill and tap.
