I have a customer who is looking for a pair of odd fenders. Maybe you all could help me. He describes them as:

" It was on his road bike; they were mounted very close to the tire, and consisted only of a less-than-tire-width (16 or 18mm) flat strip of dark gray anodized type metal/aluminum with very wispy mounting spokes. I wonder if you have ever come across these in your travels"

If anyone knows what he is talking about that would be great. Thanks.
