Grease the seatpost, punch the headset cups out and grease them as well. Use either some copper-based anti-sieze or a grease that NAPA stores sell called "Lucas Red 'n Tacky #2," not making that up. Ti and al frames have much more of a mystery noise problem than steel or Tupperware ones. David Feldman
