At one time in the mid 1970s the shop I worked for at the time ordered three Bob Jacksons directly from England. One had a cross threaded BB as new, the other had a fork dropout filed up 3/16" because it was built crooked and the third achieved a 19" seat tube by having a 12" BB height. Special export models I guess.

fortunately the forks began shuddering as I applied the breaks and I was
able to stop and check it out . Bob Jackson replaced the forks and added a
stiffener to inside of the fork blades .
