I've on one occassion dealt with the seller of the Hetchins. He had some NOS Campy stuff and I bought a seatpost from him. He was quite friendly, the part was reasonably priced, well packed, and his shipping from the U.K. was really fast. He seems like a good trader and would probably clarify any confusion.
