We discussed not too long ago the problems of removing a freewheel from a rear hub after someone had cut the rim off. Well, here's another chance to use that info.
One problem here is that the freewheel is a Regina. If I recall correctly, weren't all the cogs of a Regina threaded on? So won't you have to remove all five cogs with the chain whip before you can clear the flange? Can you get the last one off? If not, you'd have to lace the wheel to a rim and twist her off the conventional way, risking distorting the hub body. K. Toda had the nifty idea of lacing 6 spokes through the cut outs on the flange to put some of the strain on the freewheel side.
Otherwise, a nice looking set of hubs. No relation to seller, etc. etc.
