My favorite like that has always been Cyclart's "Liechtenstein" cartoon-like look. David Feldman

Dear Group, Does anyone remember a feature article a few years back (a few, to me, could mean anywhere from 1987 to 1994 or so) in BICYCLING or BICYCLE GUIDE on a custom painter who could upon request paint a bicycle frame in the style of one of the "Masters"? I recall one could order a Van Gogh paint job, or a Picasso, etc. The paint was really quite stunning, and quite expensive, if memory serves. I have saved my magazines from this period, but the thought of thumbing through them with no place to start is daunting. Anyone remember the issue, the approximate date, or the artist who did (does?) the work? Thanks in advance.
