I do have some Gnutti and Ofmega catalogs from different eras, but there are no clues as to when the name change came about. My uneducated guess about the name change would be sometime in the early 70s around the bikeboom.

The big drop in the prestige of the band name would come about from becoming complacent and not competing in the market place with your opposition. In other words, falling behind. Same old story...
