Probably 1963 to 1968. Are the pulleys round steel without teeth, or are the plastic with high teeth (or other)?

Probably 1958-ish to 1969-ish.

What do you mean by "thinned"?

About 1962-ish (are there dustcap behind the pedal holes?) to about 1969.

If all these parts are from the same bike, then I'd say 1963 to 1969. Derailleur pulleys might narrow it down to pre or post-1967.
