Folks, Anyone ever ride a Cinelli #2 or #3 saddle in the rain, I assume this is a problem correct?

I'd like to get a vintage saddle that is good for a rain ride. I still haven't found a proper cover for my Ideale 90, I've heard the Rivendell Carradice Brooks version doesn't fit, anyone tried it on an Ideale?

I would GUESS that the Unicanitor #4 (smooth leather) might be OK in the rain, anyone do this and have good results???

Thanks for any info,

Bruce VR, in Guam USA (kinda like Hawaii, but with double the humidity...), always 80-something and partly cloudy.
