OK, that's it. I've been trying to hitch a ride up for this Rose Bowl gathering. Haven't had any luck making a connection to hitch a ride so far; but since you're going to (you'd better be) there, I'm going to attempt to cross the San Diego/ Orange County "barrier" that my car seems to have and make this ride. Chuck has made a special request for as many of us as possible to make it, so I'm sticking my neck out. Hopefully no one will run it over with their old bike.
I won't be riding anything old; but will be riding a "modern classic" instead. I trust you guys aren't going to beat me up. Looking forward to making the aquaintence of Monkeylad in person! After seeing "Planet of the Apes", is this really a good idea?
