I bought a Raleigh Pro bare frame from Recycled Cycles in the great Northwest for $125 with a Tange headset and a mystery BB. The frame paint was definitely in the "experienced" category but the frame was straight and built up into a nice ride. I assume the frame had been stripped for the Campy parts. Buying from a private buyer should be a bit cheaper as there's no middleman who has to make a profit.
I'd guess that the whole bike is probably worth $3-400 assuming normal used condition. If the paint is in really excellent condition, add a few bucks. I'm also assuming the Phil hubs are laced to usable rims. The Suntour drive train and Wienmann brakes will certainly be nice users, but don't add much to the value.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I have found a Raleigh Professional. The original owner bought it in 1977. It has a mix of parts, Campy Cranks and Headset, Suntour drivetrain, and Weinmann brakes. Phil Wood Hubs and Pedals. I am not interested in the parts, but he will only sell it as a whole bike. I have no idea as to the value of the frameset. Does anybody have any idea of a respectable ammount to offer for the bike? I was thinking that the bike would be worth about $100-$400 to me. Is this in the right ball park? I would appreciate any feedback.
