There is a "Parts Exchange" Oct. 7th in Pasadena, California in conjunction with Velo Rendezvous. This would be a very low key swap meet; not a full blown swap meet. The reason for a parts exchange instead of a swap meet is that the event is being held in a public park picnic area.
