There is something so gorgeous about the Bianchi catalogue. I loved the suited Mamoni casually discussing the merits of Columbus tubing and Bianchi lugs with the blue collar factory supervisors. The celeste colored tool boxes, the smell of history permeating the old factory walls, the unsterilized interwoven lives coming together to braze Your frame! Then the painted frames are lined up, with paint jobs as deep as lakes, looking more luscious and more important then the NYC skyline of my youth.
Thank you for the scans, now please someone send me a 56 cm Super Leggera in celeste to comfort me in my loss. Garth Libre p.s.(not every country can design and manufacture a car, but every country can build a bicycle---- does Afganistan?-- maybe this is the answer to mid east peace.)
