Looks like it might be lugged rather than fillet brazed. What do you think? Note the TA ring on the triple. Assume one of this vintage would use the non- tapered spindle/crankarms but I'm not sure.

That is an early lugged Lambert. It may be early enough to have a threaded BB, in which case it would have a tapered BB spindle. It is probably very lightly used as the original fork and rear derailleur still survive. That is not a TA ring but TA style.

Suntour sued Lambert for patent infringement and the rear derailleur disappeared early in the game, so that is a quirky little part.
