Hi All,
this is a bit late. An alternative to Tire Alert, with whose work I am
unhappy (loose fitting tire, shitty base tape that is poorly attached), I
reccomend Sr. Nelo Breda in Austin TX, who does the work by hand and did
quite a nice job on the one tire that I sent to him. I've enclosed
correspondence with Nelo Sr. Breda below. I believe his shop has a web site
that I found by doing a site on "Nelo's Pro Cycles" Regards,
