Ah Steven we share another passion (aside from classic bikes). My poison of choice is Bushmills Irish whiskey. Now some prefer Jamesons, and the highbrow crowd dote on Middletons, but Ill take the plain old Bushmills blended anyday. Don't need the 12 year old blue label, or the single malt black bush, just the standard.

Of course the best is the lowly pot stilled Paddy's which has the true smokey flavor of good Irish peat, but its not sold here in the USA.

I've yet to find an Irish classic bicycle marque to throw in the face of the Flying Scot's, however.
