What about the 700c aluminum Honjo fenders that Bicycle Classics is liquidating right now?

I like my new black SKS fenders, but (1) the mounting tab for the front brake bolt was not perfectly centered on the fender, which makes the nose point a little crooked, and I checked every other fender set at the LBS, and they are all crooked; and (2) the black is not the same black as my bike, so they will probably be painted red someday.

I think the company itself was bought, or maybe just the tooling. Wasn't it the same kind of thing with Huret/Sachs and Simplex/Edco?
