I believe the model A was only custom, built to order and labeled Eisentraut, while the Limiteds were production frames you could by in a store and labeled Limited and built by Eisentraut as a small decal on the seat tube. He used his own particular mix of tubing depending on the design, rider and use so usually they didn't carry a tubing decal.
I bought my Limited about 1975 at Missing Link in Berkeley, I think the cost was a little over $200. with a headset.
