Since I am relatively new to this forum I can only assume that most of you have read the book by Marshall W. (Major) Taylor called "The Fastest Bicycle Rider In the World". This is the book that Major wrote himself and sold door to door in his later years. I found it a fantastic read that chronicled all of his races and circumstances surrounding them. Very descriptive but if you are not into bike racing it could be tedious. I purchased my original copy some years ago and it is a treasured part of my bicycle collection. I also was a Copake a few years ago and saw a movie (video) about the life of Major Taylor that was never released. It starred Robert Vaughn as the Major's coach and was called "Wheels of Glory" I think. I have been looking for a copy ever since and have not been able to find one.
