You CAN share, scan, whatever, but heck, there are cleaner ways to go about getting one, and we aren't talking about the Hope Diamond. You COULD actually subscribe (I won't tell you how, lest this be thought of as a commercial message). In time it'll be a PDF on the Rivendell website (no link, no risk of being misunderstood). Alternatively, I can send 50 extras to Dale and 50 to Sheldon at Harris, and they can sell 'em for whatever they want. Don't get me wrong, I'm not in a snit about the prospect of photocopying and scanning, or sharing, or anything like that..it's just that the same issue does have other worthwhile things in it, as well (story on Lyotard 23s...); and I'm happy to send them---well, look: Fax a request to 925 933 7305 or call 925 933 7304 and say "Grant said you could send me a free RR25,: and it'll be done.
