The Internet side of our business has been growing steadily, and we need help!
We're looking for a man or woman who cares about bicycles, mainly to help with the internet operation. We have a small crew, so duties would be varied, and would include:
*Answering questions and taking orders on the phone.
*Filling, packing and shipping orders.
*Assistance with inventory/receiving.
*Possibly occasional face-to-face retail in the shop.
This is a full-time, year-round position. We're seeking a well-organized, well-spoken person who knows (or is eager to learn) something about bicycle parts. Will train a well motivated applicant.
Some computer/typing skills helpful. This is not a typical boiler-room operation, we're looking for someone who is comfortable interacting in a human fashion with our phone customers, sometimes taking orders, sometimes helping with technical advice, sometimes passing more complicated technical issues to someone else.
