Any Sturmey Archer enthusiasts should definately check this site out. You can download a complete 1956 service manual with disassembly/assembly instructions for AM, FM, AC, FC, ASC, etc., plus articles and instructions on converting AW hubs to 2 speed fixed and FM hubs to 3 speed fixed and modifications to triggers to suit! Much more, too.
