Ken,

I'm sad to inform you that I can't think of a decent bike shop in So. Calif. anymore. At least not one where you might be able to ogle a nice selection of high end vintage stuff. All the good shops have gone under, or changed their focus away from high end road bikes.....that is unless you like Cannondale, Specialized, Trek, Giant.................please excuse me, I have to barf. A couple of shops with a very small vintage presence are King s Bike Shop in San Pedro, and BiciSport in Laguna Hills.

Maybe someone else in the greater LA/Orange Co. area knows of a shop I'm unaware of. Anyone else?

I'm going over to LA from Phoenix on Sunday to see Down from the Mountain at the Universal Amphitheatre. (Any other bluegrass, old time music fans out there?). I'll be there on Monday celebrating Presidents Day and wondered about neat bike shops in the area that would be open on Monday. Help, anybody?
