None of the shots of the logo on the center of the hub barrel are very clear, but you get a good enough idea. The logo is a bit hard to make out even with the hub in your hand.

I don't know much about Prior hubs, except they're French and hi-quality. They were discussed on the list awhile back. Rolf Lunsmann informed us that Prior was a brand name used by Maillard in the early 1950s.
