Schwinn had an order form that the dealer would use for customizing your Paramount. One of the options was a set of Campagnolo sidepulls instead of the standard Weinmanns. Both my brother (on a touring version) and I (on a custom-sized P-13) ordered Campy's. Either brake would be correct for your effort.
