Hi Ian,
As I observed on oldroads.com, your "construit avec Reynolds 531 3 tubes renforces" decal makes yours a mixed-tubeset frame with a d.b. Reynolds 531 main triangle only. The not-as-nicely-finished Peugeot equivalent is the PR-10, later named the PKN-10.
