Before you go hunting too hard let me air my pet peeve regarding Celeste colored components. If you gather up enough Celeste colored components, or accessories you'll notice that they are all some shade of Celeste but not the same one. I have seen the following offered in Celeste: water bottles, cages, pumps, cable housing, computers, bar tape, saddles; I'm sure I missed something. Find a shop that's been a Bianchi dealer for a while and see what they have. I ended up just going with black accessories, though white is probably good too.
