(Ok, ok, so I accidentally hit the Send button on the Spring Cleaning Sale. Here's the real one.)

Boys and girls, I have too much stuff and some of it has to go so here is the first installment. What doesn't sell here will be offered to the Philistines on eBay. Everything can be viewed at http://photos.yahoo.com/rc66208. My apologies for the previous blank post.

1) Guerciotti polyester sleeveless jersey. No size is listed on the label but it looks like a Large to me. It is in very good condition with no rips and only a very few small grease stains on the rear pocket. This jersey is very comfortable in hot weather. $50.

2) Castelli jacket. Size 3 which is a Medium or so for us Americans. I have only worn this twice since I bought it and it is in excellent condition with 2 or 3 pencil lead size grease stains on the front. The jacket is 80% wool, 20% acrylic and has a nylon wind barrier on the front and 2 zip pockets on the back. It is ideal for cool weather riding. $50.

3) Peugeot PX-10 frame, fork, and headset. I have owned this bike since 1973 and it has been used for everything from road racing, centuries, to fixed gear. There is no crash damage. I removed the rear derailleur mount and cable stop, added 2 sets of bottle braze-ons as well as a pump peg, and filled the tubes with Frame Saver. The paint is new Centauri and the downtube and head tube decals are vinyl from the local sign shop. These are clear coated. Note that the colors of the head tube and downtube decals do not match: the downtubes are a tomato read and the headtube more maroon. That wasn't the plan but that's the way it worked out and it still looks Very sharp. The Campagnolo NR headset is NEW (I still have the box in case e-RICHIE is keeping score). My intention was to use this frame to build an all day, road fixed gear and it would be perfect for that. At 57cm center to center it is a shade small for me so I'm giving it up after lo these many years. $250.

4) 2 sets of high flange Tipos. The 5 speeds have '72 and '71 locknuts. I just rebuilt these with NEW Grade 25 bearings and Lubri-Plate Lithium grease. The cones and races are in good condition as are the quick releases. There are no major scratches on the hub bodies and they will polish nicely. The dust covers leave a bit to be desired. The 6 speeds have '71 locknuts and they also have just been rebuilt with NEW Grade 25, etc. One of the front races is also NEW and the others are in good condition as are the cones.

It looks as if these hubs have been laced once. These are some of the nicer used Tipos you'll see and because of their condition I am asking $75 a pair with the quick releases, of course.

5) 57 cm center to center Viner Stella Road frame. Columbus SL tubing with star cutouts on the lugs, the fork crown, and on the bottom of the bottom bracket shell. This one has been repainted blue with clear coated decals but has acquired a few scratches from shop wear. There is no evidence of crash damage. Viners were very popular race frames in the '80s and this one appears to be well put together. I have not ridden this particular frame but I rode a similar Stella for years and they are decent frames: stable on the road but they really like to turn. This one includes a Campagnolo headset which I think is a Grand Sport. $250.

Shipping is not included.

Thanks for looking. Contact me if you're interested and Sachs if you are interesting.
