Rob:
The West-German Scheeren "Standards" were their wood-filled "road" rims. At 270-gram advertised weight, pretty light. The "Weltmeisters" were advertised as the track rims, and were the hot setup for quite a while. Their 200-gram weight made them extremely light (but alo fairly strong due to the wood-filled construction). I personally think Scheerens are some of the coolest vintage rims around.
