It could be made without tremendous difficulty. I asked a machinist friend
about making a spare Cambio "Corsa rear axle. He didn't think it looked
terribly difficult, and the axle could be part of a dedicated frame jig
fixture. It wouldn't have to even be round, just a section of bar stock
made to substitute the rear dropout-holding part of a frame jig.
