1) If you find one, please let me know. 2) My application is actually for the ASC (3-speed fixed) hub, which needs the travel of the conventional 4-speed. 3) To get that travel, I once modified a 3-speed top-tube "quadrant" shifter by thinning the lever so it would go further before hitting the post and rivet. Worked for a couple of years until it failed where I had bent it... Not a recommended alternative.

4) At this point, I've mounted a 4/speed bar lever on the horizontal part of the stem, with a little wedge to lift one end. Works that way, but sure doesn't look too elegant - or make me feel too comfortable with the prospect of flying over the bar one day and having the stem-mounted shifter change functions.

May this experiment not be run.
