same!!?? abso-???????-lutely NOT!! on both the screw race and the top locknut in the area where the thread type is engraved, the parts in the "Serie Sterzo Nuovo Record Strada" box read, 1" X 24TPI ENGLAND. the same parts in the "Serie Sterzo Record Strada" box read, 1" X 24TP BRITISH.
