Hillary mentioned in his FS post:

"CAMPAGNOLO NR SEATPIN 27.0mm NOS NIB This seatpin post-dates the CPSC changes in 1978 and has a maximum height limit mark. $65"

So do I understand this correctly? Pre-CPSC Campy seatposts did not have a max height limit mark? Something to add to the timeline?
