I'm with Pete Geurds on this one. I type in a particular manufacturer or item, and hope what comes up is pertinent (and not key-word spam). I think it's a good idea to assume that searchers/buyers know what they're looking for and would rather not have search results muddled with other stuff, whether it's interesting in its own right or not. (Key-word spamming seems like the eBay version of tele-marketing to me. Abhorent.)
That said, I have to confess that these days I do searches simply to see at what's available rather than to buy anything. So maybe that undercuts the validity of what I have to say in this matter.
But I sure have seen lots of classic frames and parts I'd never have seen without eBay!
