As many of you are aware, the closest accommodations (The Battleground Inn) are booked for the Cirque weekend. IF anyone has to bail out at the last minute, please let me know before you cancel your spot so we can claim that reservation for a Cirque attendee! There are other hotels motels with vacancies but they entail a 3-5 mile jaunt. See the Cirque du Cyclisme web site for details and contact info..

I want to say that I am delighted with the folks who are coming especially from far away! We have a nice size group from the UK (Hilary & son, Ray & wife, Pete Paine, Tony and others..) and California (Chuck, Matt, Brian and some gals& guys I look forward to meeting) I wonder which is farthest away? In miles, it may very well be California!

There's a nice bunch coming from the upper mid west including John Barron of Velo Stuf (a great guy!)

The northeast region will be represented by a flock of great vintage folks topped (?) by Richard Sachs and his premiering of his BIG 30th Anniv. frame model.

Ken Wallace is getting back to his home region from Arizona, Lou Deeter from Florida, WOW!

Then of course (!) all our close buds and many new friends from the eastern seaboard ... Larry Black and all that goofy gang from the DC area, , etc., etc!!

This will be a n event to remember! If you are on the fence about coming, you had better make that decision as you will kick yourself if you miss it!! Contact me directly if you have any needs or questions about Da Cirque!!!!!..
