The high flanges indicate the hubs are either FB or Campagnolo. I think
Tullio had FB make hubs for him with his name on them as I've heard FB hubs
pre-dated Campagnolo hubs of this exact pattern. I haven't seen a hi-low this
old but it looks right and I would not rule it out.
